ABOUT US
A better journey starts before you get in the car
IMS Transfer is the service of IMS Grupp OÜ in Tallinn. We arrange pre-booked airport, port and intercity journeys for individuals, families, groups and business travellers across Estonia and the Baltics.
IMS TRANSFER
When the journey matters
A flight arrives after a long day. The family has suitcases and a stroller. A meeting in another city leaves little room for a missed connection. These are different trips, but they all become easier when the transport is planned around the people travelling. That is the idea behind IMS Transfer.
Based in Tallinn, we handle private journeys from the airport, port, hotel or another agreed address. A short ride in the city and a longer trip to Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Kuressaare, Riga or Vilnius call for different planning. We ask about your route, timing, passengers and bags so that the vehicle and pickup arrangement fit the actual journey.

A service for the way you travel
Travelling together
Families and groups need space for people and luggage. Tell us about strollers, larger bags and the ages of children who need a seat, and we will check a suitable vehicle.
Keeping to a schedule
For business visits and intercity plans, send us the pickup time, addresses and any stops. We will check availability and make the arrangements clear before you travel.
From enquiry to confirmed ride
Start with the route and date. Add your group size, luggage and anything that changes the trip, such as a flight, child seat or planned stop. We then check vehicle availability and send a quote for your itinerary. The displayed route prices are estimates; the exact fare is confirmed when the booking is agreed.
Our aim is simple: you should know what has been arranged before departure and have a direct way to reach us if you need to clarify a detail. IMS Transfer is operated by IMS Grupp OÜ in Tallinn.
